Counselling can help you make positive lasting changes
Counselling involves having a weekly 50 minute session with a counsellor to help you work on things that bother you or cause you distress. It can help with things such as stress, depression and anxiety as well as help you to process and cope with trauma.
As an organisation working with women our counsellors receive appropriate levels of training and supervision to enable them to work with women who have experienced domestic violence and sexual abuse.
You don’t have to be unwell or in crisis to benefit from counselling. Many of our clients work on issues such improving their confidence and relationships with others, improving their parenting skills, managing stress and work-life balance and improving their physical health and general well-being
We are able to offer counselling to women and girls aged 13 and over.
