We can provide clinical and reflective supervision to counsellors in practice as well as non-clinical staff
Clinical and reflective supervision is not only for those delivering counselling but is a very useful and supportive practice for staff who work with people with complex needs, particularly those affected by trauma.
Vicarious trauma (ie trauma experienced by those supporting victims or trauma) can impact on staff and volunteer wellbeing leading to stress, sickness absence and burn-out. Supervision provides a safe and confidential space for staff and volunteers to reflect on their practice and better understand their clients as well as helping to process and deal with their own feelings.
We can offer one-to-one and group clinical supervision from qualified and experienced practitioners. Charges for this service start at £50 per one-to-one session for individual counsellors, charities and not-for-profit organisations and £75 per session for statutory and private sector organisations. Group supervision fees are by negotiation.
